A Deeply Emotional Purpose is Your Zip Line to Realizing Potential

b2ap3_thumbnail_small_526703333-Zip-LinePotential is such a nebulous word for so many people.  I mean…we all probably would like to achieve all we could be, do or have in this life.  On the other hand, what’s it take to get there?  Let’s see what we can do to answer that question.  If we could do that, wouldn’t the answer have the “potential” of getting you excited?

Okay…we can’t go any further without establishing common ground on what it is we are talking about.  Your potential is nothing more than your capabilities for developing all you can be, do or have into an actuality.  It’s the possible realized existence of those things you want to be, do or have in your life.

So, with the above information as common ground, your challenge becomes doing all the things necessary to bring your potential into actual existence. In the simplest terms, you have to reach deep inside and find the will to figure out the shortest and most successful route to realizing all your potential. Think of that route as being like a zip line.  If you personally haven’t experienced the ride on a zip line, my bet is you’ve seen others doing it on YouTube or somewhere else.

Having seen how a zip line works, you know once you’re on it there is no way off it until you reach the end.  No detours…no stopping…just a straight shot from where you are to where the end of the zip line takes you.  It’s relatively safe; it’s fast; it’s thrilling and success is inevitable.

And, so it is with reaching the end of the line to your potential.  Your zip line to all you can be, do or have can be just as safe, fast and thrilling as the real thing.  The strength of the cable to your potential is built from the depth of your purpose in wanting to achieve all you can be, do or have.  Find your emotional purpose for realizing all your potential and you have built an unfailing zip line to that potential.
