A Strong Body Is Hard but Makes a Healthy Body Easy

b2ap3_thumbnail_j0430796I read another article in the paper today touting the value of exercise in creating a healthy body and lifestyle.  The articles and commentaries on the subject are ubiquitous.  It seems to me a day never passes where the direct relationship between following a regular exercise regimen and good health is not discussed.

Now, you might be thinking something like, then why are you addressing the topic again!!  Simple…because most people are not taking heed regarding all the evidence supporting the importance of regular, moderate exercise and a disciplined diet.  Since I believe that is the case, I thought maybe if I did a little of the online research legwork, you would get up and after an exercise program.
