How to Absolutely Get Rid of Negative Consequences

So—what happens if the outcome you desire is overridden by anticipating a negative result?

Well, I can tell you from personal experience the answer to the above question is anticipating the negative trumps desiring the positive!

One personal example takes me back to reflecting on my outcomes (too often) while participating in school sports programs.

If I approached any competition with a positive frame of mind, inevitably my contribution to the team effort or singular outcome would be favorable.

Getting down in the dumps over something in my life just before entering a competition always seemed to lead to a lousy outcome.  Of course, that took me further down in mental outlook.

How about you?

My bet is you have more than a few examples of similar circumstances in your life.

But, you can change those outcomes!

The following video gives you one idea of how to do it.

Maybe you want more than one idea for getting rid of negative consequences in your life.

Here is a great article that speaks directly to solving your problem.

Another way to consider the whole topic of consequences is discussed in this interesting approach.
