It’s Not Hard

b2ap3_thumbnail_j0439492When it comes to making decisions in their life, too often people truly make a mountain out of a molehill.  They spend an incredible and unnecessary amount of time agonizing over what decision to make.  Sometimes the agony is so great they can’t even make a decision!  Fact is it’s not hard, if you know what you’re doing.

There’s the problem!  Too often, we don’t know what we’re doing because we don’t know our ultimate direction in life.  By implication, the word, direction, would suggest some form of guidance is in place.  Your direction becomes defined when your values are definite.

The extension of the above thoughts is that values are the key to making decisions easy.  It’s not hard at all to make a decision when the decision is being driven by your clearly defined values.  Values are those things that you define as right for you.  They are your mileposts along your road of life that keep you on the straight and narrow.

I’m not even going to remotely pretend to define for you in this post what your values should be.  Suffice it to say, you do, however, need to define your values in several key areas of your life and live by those values always but especially when it comes to making decisions.  Here are some suggested areas in which you should define your values:  1. Spiritual.  2.  Family.  3.  Business/Career.  4.  Physical Fitness.

Like I said…it’s not hard.
