The need to respond to emerging business opportunities and the endless demands of the fast-paced work environment can leave the people in your organization feeling like their time has been subjected to a lit stick of TNT and blown into a million unrelated little pieces.

Time management organization expert and New York Times best-selling author, Julie Morgenstern, has created the ultimate one-day time management learning event. Based on Julies’ book, Making Work Work (paperback version entitled: Never Check Email in the Morning), the Jack Be Nimble, Jane Be Quick, Skills for Today’s Workplace Time Management workshop has proven itself with many Fortune 500 companies (contact me for references).

As a Certified Licensed Consultant for Julie and her programs I am able to bring this program directly to my clients. So, as a result of participating in this learning event, you and/or your associates will gain strategies that will boost productivity; increase control over your workday; and help you find a healthy work-life balance.

The workshop is focused on four key competencies necessary for greater productivity through energy saving time management techniques. The ten techniques are what Julie calls her, “Grab and Go,” strategies and their simplicity, yet power, allows for uncomplicated implementation that can have positive and explosive impact on productivity. The benefits gained through the use of the “Grab and Go” strategies are:

Sales Skills : Disappointing sales results due to week sales communications skills.

Selling is nothing more than an organized communication process to determine another person’s needs and get agreement as to solutions the sales professional offers to meet those needs. A workshop entitled, The Essence of Selling, provides focused learning of original sales communications concepts that lead to greater sales results.

The foundation of the workshop is the three dimensions of sales success: motivation, knowledge and trust. The segment of the workshop dealing with motivation focuses on the common denominators for success, the definition of motivation and personal goal-setting. The focus during the segment dealing with knowledge is on a formula for personal success and an original consultative sales methodology built around the acronym LEAD©. Trust is dealt with using some of my original concepts such as the Push/Pull Theory of Human Interaction© and the Purpose Pull Methodology©. In addition there is deep content on addressing prospective buyer concerns.

Identifying and understanding the tendencies that diminish the potential to build trust with prospective clients can drive sales exponentially. A keynote presentation entitled, The Heart of the Sale, that helps in that identification and understanding is an efficient tool for this challenge.

Coaching Trianing : Improving employee job performance.

Research studies into employee turnover or job dissatisfaction would confirm that the uppermost important reason for either circumstance is the employee’s relationship with their immediate manager. I can help you apply focused learning and implementation of an original coaching model that results in positive employee response to their working environment and drives their performance forward and upward.

The medium I use to provide this help is a workshop entitled, Coaching in a Word—T.O.P.I.C.©. As the workshop progresses participants develop an understanding of how the acronym provides an outline for highly collaborative and motivational coaching conversations with staff. The workshop provides the “how to’s” into each word in the acronym as outlined here:
