Relax

Someone once said, “These are the best of times and these are the worst of times.”  When you think about it, the fact is that statement is true about any time in human history.  There is always something good happening along with the bad things.  It’s inevitably part of the human life cycle.

The key for all of us is to recognize that fact and teach ourselves to enjoy the journey and not panic during the bad times.  So, how do we actually and comfortably deal with life’s ebb and flow rather than just holding our breath while hoping another old adage is true…”This, too, shall pass.”

I would like to share with you a formula I’ve developed for improving the quality of your life through converting the word, relax, into an acronym.

  • Read at least one good book per month
  • Exercise your mind and body on a daily basis
  • Listen to great music while frequently putting yourself into a mood of reflection
  • Alter your routine to alter your mindset…shake things up from time to time
  • X (Cross) each bridge as you come to it and not before!

Living your life through the above formula will allow you to enjoy either “the best of times or the worst of times.”  So, RELAX!
