Sick and Tired?

So, you’re sick and tired of being sick and tired about not getting ahead in some aspect of your life.  Your performance needs improvement but you don’t know what to do about it.  Well, let me encourage you.  Recognition of the problem is the first step in solving it.  In other words, you can’t do it, if you don’t see it.

Improvement of some aspect of your life doesn’t have to be overwhelming.  It depends upon how you think about how to go about it!  Don’t think big.  Think small.  Now, that’s seems to be a contradiction…thinking small to improve and do big things.  But, here’s my point.

Pick some aspect of your life in which you want to improve your performance.  Find thirty minutes a day to focus on learning how to make that improvement.  The thirty minutes could be used in research on the internet; reading a related book; listening or watching inspirational messages.  In short, dedicate a little time each day toward doing something directed toward performance improvement.

Thirty minutes a day over seven days equals three-and-a-half hours…over thirty one days it equals fifteen-and-a-half hours…and, over a year it equals one hundred eighty-two-and-a-half hours.  Consider the number of credit hours it takes to receive a college degree.  You just became the equivalent of a college graduate in your chosen area ofperformance improvement .

That level of expertise will guarantee you don’t have to be sick and tired anymore.
