Sleep Happy

Most everyone would agree a good night’s sleep has amazing restorative powers.  It puts a whole new light on the new day.  Energy is higher.  Focus is Clearer.  Outlook is brighter.

So, how do you encourage a good night’s sleep every night?

It ain’t easy!  But, it’s simple.  Here’s why.

Spend your days doing good things and achieving desired results and sleep becomes happy.

Good things include:  Exercise your body to rest your mind;  make a deposit for the good of somebody else;  work at living a life of achievement;  be positive not negative;  don’t presume tomorrow will come;  be in the moment and enjoy it;  be thankful for what you have and what you have been able to do, so far.
