Your Daily Dozen Duties to Achieve Success

b2ap3_thumbnail_00341505_20131008-205221_1Don’t make things so complicated in your life as you struggle toward all the things you want to achieve, have and be.  Certainly, I understand becoming all you can be can seem difficult and complicated but it really is as simple as a consistent plan of daily action.  There are twelve things you need to discipline yourself to do every day.

  1. Awaken and immediately think about and state your current positive affirmation.
  2. Arise early enough to either do physical exercise for thirty minutes to an hour or exercise your mind through reading for a similar amount of time.
  3. Frequently connect with the most important people in your life in a clear and present way that doesn’t include trying to text to someone or check email at the same time.
  4. Exercise due diligence as to your personal safety and those around you.
  5. Follow the actions noted on the To-Do list you compiled at the end of your previous day.
  6. Prioritize your To-Do list items by concentrating the most time on those items you deem most important to accomplish today.
  7. At midday restate your positive affirmation to re-energize your efforts for the rest of the day.
  8. Do an unexpected kindness with no return expectation to someone you know and to someone unknown.
  9. Re-prioritize your To-Do list items three times during the day as unexpected things occur:Midmorning, midday, and midafternoon.
  10. Resist feeling stress by staying in touch with and actively managing your time and your To-Do list.
  11. Frequently reflect momentarily on the good fortune in your life and cast aside negativity.
  12. Get ready for the next day by reviewing the day’s To-Do list and, as appropriate, moving those items not completed to your list for tomorrow and adding any new items.Forget all of them and get a good night’s rest.

See I told you it was simple but you own the responsibility for the self-discipline to do your daily dozen!
